There was a version of me that was paralyzed by a lethal cocktail of smiling through the exhaustion, saying yes to everything, and measuring my worth by how much I could handle before breaking. That version of me hit a wall.

Burnout didn’t arrive all at once; it crept in slowly. The brain fog, the constant anxiety, the feeling that no matter how hard I worked, I was never enough. I kept pushing through because that’s what I thought strong people did. Until I couldn’t anymore.

When I finally stopped, I realized something that changed everything: I was not broken. I just had an untrained mind. Nobody had ever taught me how to manage my thoughts, regulate my emotions, or build the kind of inner resilience that actually sustains you; not just for a good week, but for life.

So I became my own experiment. I spent years studying the science of mental performance, stress resilience, and emotional intelligence. I tested everything on myself first. And piece by piece, I built a practice that didn’t just get me out of burnout — it gave me a life I genuinely enjoy waking up to. That’s when I knew I had to share it.

Today, as India’s leading Mental Fitness Coach, I work with people who are exactly where I was — high-functioning on the outside, quietly drowning on the inside. People who are tired of being told to “just meditate” or “think positive” and want real, practical tools that actually work.

I’m not a therapist or a guru. I’m someone who broke down, rebuilt herself from the inside out, and now helps others do the same.

Because the strongest thing you can do is train the mind that carries everything else.

And, just so we understand each other, my goal is not to turn you into someone you’re not; though if there are negative mental habits weighing you down, we’ll work through them together. My goal is a fitter, stronger mind for you.

If that means building the resilience to perform under pressure, we’ll do that. If it means finding the clarity to walk away from what’s draining you — a job, a relationship, a version of yourself that no longer serves you — we’ll do that. I’m just as proud of the lives my clients have rebuilt as the ones they’ve completely reimagined.

And if what you want more than anything is to simply feel at peace in your own mind again; to wake up without dread, to think without spiralling, to live without constantly performing…we’ll do that too.
